The existing screened porch on the back of the home was rarely used by the homeowners. Their goal was to turn the space into an all-seasons room that could be enjoyed year-round.

The space was enclosed with all new windows, providing ample natural light in the room and allowing the homeowners to continue to enjoy their backyard views. A new ductless mini split helps heat and cool the space efficiently. Blue bar cabinets with brass hardware with Cambria countertops make the bar the true focal point of the room.
